The submission of this completed form evidences that the user is aware of the RULES FOR USE OF THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE – BIOTRON.



  1. When contacting Customer Service – SAC, the SAC/service number will be informed.

  2. Warranty service covers labor and replacement costs for parts that are defective in manufacturing. Costs related to parts that show natural mechanical wear, such as on/off switch, lamp, oxidation, power supplies, etc., are not covered. If something is found that is not covered by the warranty or misuse of the product, it will only be returned to the customer after payment of the related costs.

  3. Technical Assistance will only be considered open after receipt of this form duly completed (including a copy of the purchase document or serial number) and  sent to e-mail: . After receiving the e-mail, the corresponding SAC/Service number will be sent.

  4. The period for carrying out technical assistance will start from the date of receipt of the product at the company or service point.

  5. Expenses related to shipping the product to Biotron are the customer's responsibility.

  6. If it is proven that the product is not under warranty, all costs are borne by the customer.

  7. The product must be shipped properly packed, with the respective SAC number on the outside of the package and along with the address, according to the model:
